Another mental busy week work-and-social-wise means lack of posting. I'm SORRY. To appease you (maybe), here's the new Weezer video. By all rights, you should have seen it by now. But if you haven't, allow me to bring it your attention and thus improve your life.



Any of your YouTube favourites in there? Course there are. I could do with some pork and beans in a tin right now, I've got a hangover the size of a whale.

When I was a youth, I desperately wanted to ride ponies for the sole reason that it would mean I could have rosettes. Something about the fluttery ribbons and button text really appealed -- I suppose it was a precursor to the punk pin badges that dominated my later teenage years. I never did ride a pony, and the closet I came to getting a rosette was the 'Birthday Girl' one I got (and promptly lost) as a teen on a birthday night out.

Lady Luck Rules OK have just launced their Summer Fete range, which just so happens to include - OMG! - personalised rosettes. Available as a pin badge or necklace, the wooden pieces (I know... wooden? It surprised me too) come in stripes or checks, and can be personalised to say whatever you fancy. The FABULOUS, dashing, debonair Andrew Marr was spotted at the festival on Saturday evening, no doubt heading down to the pit to catch Jay Z. Looking good, Andy, looking good.

To create Mr Marr's dressed-down festival look, I've put together this handy guide.



Start your outfit with a nice clean long sleeve white tee -- dressed down dad done good. Paired with your favourite pair of blue jeans, it's a winning casual weekend look. Let's not forget we're up againt the elements here, and mud is so not in the vocab of a smart BBC type. A dashing pair of black Hunter wellingtons are essential to your Glasto outfit - a classic Brit label, reinvented by Kate Moss and co. Practical and fashionable - full marks. You might also want to pack an anorak, as modelled by Mr Marr. This red North Face number will ensure you don't fade into the crowd, as well as keeping you nice and warm and dry. It's Marr approved! Finally, a backpack is a vital addition to any festival outfit. Perfect for your sarnies and thermos, it can hold everything a BBC field reporter might need. This on-trend star print Jansport number may not be exactly what Old Del Marr is using, but I think you'll agree it's suitably snazzy.
