Those pre-layered t-shirts you can buy really bug me. How hard is it to stick two t-shirts on? Something about the tacked on collar, hem, and sleeve trims really grates on me, so it's a bit weird how much I like American Apparel's newest hosiery.



To be honest, layering tights is pretty annoying. You always end up cutting off your circulation, and they rub and twist around... This is the cheat's option, and I la la love them.

The makeup at Dior shows is always jawdropping, and this season was no different. I have no idea why the pictures are smooshed up, but you get the jist of things.

The Dior show is always a treat, with plenty of over the top costuming, fabulous make up, and brilliant accessories. On first glance, this season was much the same – hair was enormous, eyes took 60s fake lashes and paint effects to new extremes, and there were novelty hats galore. But the clothes? Well they were certainly bright, but this was a surprisingly wearable collection. Lots of natty skirt suits, evening dresses that weren’t completely ridiculous, and a fine range of pretty frocks that you genuinely could get away with wearing to something less than a ball.
