Doesn't Princess Eugenie look glamorous on the cover of Tatler?

I love LA a lot, but I still don't think I could get away with the Root'd In Style area code bracelets, even though they're amazing. You can pick them up at Shopbop.com, but at the moment they do only have West Hollywood/downtown LA area codes. They do have necklaces for other cities, but they aren't quite as cute as these.
They need to design a SE14 one, then we'd be talking business...

The hats at John Galliano's A/W 08 show were a stroke of genius, and Galliano was just one of many, many designers choosing to top off his outfits with a titfer. Galliano's towering floral creatins seemed to be inspired by 60s partywear -- all rafia and woven flowers and pom poms and wool. If you fancy injecting a little comedy headgear into your wardrobe, good news! No doubt the High Street will catch on eventually, but it's unlikely that they'll produce anything as OTT as these bad boys. Ebay, however, is packed full of fabulous vintage hats.
Keep reading for a few of my favourites!

When I saw this Estee Lauder 'Heart of Hearts' mirror compact, I couldn't help but think of the Butler and Wilson 'Love' compact that I've had for ages. Nothing like a spangly little compact to jazz up your handbag and cheer you up mid afternoon.
The Estee Lauder one is £48 from Nordstrom, whilst the Butler and Wilson was is... also £48, available from their online store.
Lovely stuff!

I know I bang on about Talking Heads, but it's only because it genuinely worries me that there might be some people out there who haven't been touched by them. Anyway, this isn't about them, really. Today I want to introduce some friends of the Heads, the wonderful Brides of Funkenstein.Posted by Administrator
If you're familiar with the amazing Stop Making Sense, you'll have seen some of the Brides (Lynn Mabry and Edna Holt) in action as backing singers. But less of the Talking Heads, the Brides of Funkenstein are a great band in themselves. If you know anything about funk (and you really should), it might not come as any surprise to hear that they were the brain child of George Clinton, of Funkadelic fame.
The band had various lineups over the years, and as well as Talking Heads perfomed with everyone from Grace Jones to Ice T. I funking love them! There's a distinct lack of videos available, but here's a couple for your consideration.
