All this orange stuff, combined with the glorious sun we're enjoying today, has got me feeling good and ready for the warmer months. No doubt it will snow or something next weekend, but for now I'm embracing the good weather and planning for summer.
An essential part of any summer is good music -- and good summer music means Rilo Kiley and Jenny Lewis in particular. I love the pic above (found on Flickr c/o mustbone3030) -- doesn't it remind you of the new version of DKNY's appley perfume, Charmingly Delicious?
Listen to this, enjoy the sun & have a lovely Monday!

I strongly urge all of you that live near a Body Shop to get your little legs down there as fast as you can and pick up this Guarana Lip Balm. Not only does the buttery goodness soothe your lips to unbelievable softness, but more than half the money goes to the Body Shop and MTV's Staying Alive Foundation, which raises awareness of HIV among young people.
A good cause and a product that people actually want? It's a winning formula -- take note rubber wristbands, novelty t-shirts and fuzzy bugs. Those of you who can't get to the Body Shop can pick up the balm right here.
Oh, and erm, there's free delivery, as you can see.

When I saw Amber over at Hey, Dollface blog about Dr Pepper lipbalm I was overjoyed. Not because I like Dr Pepper (seriously, who does? It's gross), but because it reminded me that I'd been planning on blogging about FANTA lipbalm forever.

I have tried hundreds of lipbalms over the years, from the Creme De La Mer £100+ one, to the tried and tested 99p Vaseline that just about every girl (and boy) I know relies on. Nothing, nothing, nothing compares to you, Fanta lipbalm. It leaves your lips insanely soft, nicely glossed, and tasting delicious in an instant. Yum yum yum. The only downer is applying it just before you eat something -- orange bananas in particular are not hot.
Fanta lipbalm is made by Smackers and is available at chemists nationwide for a very reasonable £1(ish).
PS Like lipbalm? Like music? Like music about lipbalm? You will now.

Sometimes I feel like I spend my life rescuing the poor unloved fashion disasters picked on by other sites and defending them. Like one of those people who rescues near-roadkill and nurtures it back to life, I hunt down the unloved and unwanted and make a case for its potential. Sucker for punishment or optimist? Here we go again.

This bright orange calf-hair Zero Maria Cornejo shoe was spotted by the (lovely!) girls over at Shoewawa, and promptly dubbed an ugly shoe. This will never do!
Keep reading for an outfit that embraces the beautiful orange bootee...

All this talk of Amy Winehouse becoming the face of Roberto Cavalli got me thinking... which of Roberto's women would Amy be? She's no Victoria Beckham, and this season's Cavalli collection featured a distinct lack of leopard print -- the one look of his that I could totes see her rocking.

The romantic? Too floaty I reckon.

The tomboy? It's just not her... is it?
Keep reading for more looks!
