The problem with having a head that's the shape of a ball is that fringes don't suit you. My bonce (nearly wrote nonce, lol) is perfectly spherical which means that although I love fringes (and I spend loads of time at work writing that there's a fringe for every face shape), I can't have one.

This hoodie from Costume Dept @ 80s Purple solves all such issues by providing you with a temporary Newt-from-Hollyoaks fringe of your very own with minimal effort and no scissors. Nicely done.

I know you'll have seen these already if you a) have eyes and b) have been near a computer in the last week, but seeing as they're THE BEST THINGS I'VE EVER SEEN, here they are again.

Opening Ceremony has teamed up with director Spike Jonze to create a faux-fur-heavy capsule collection inspired by his upcoming adaptation of Where The Wild Things Are. Max and all his pals are represented in the range with dresses, skirts, jackets and, obv, a Max playsuit. Ideally I'll receive the entire collection in time for the film's UK release, but if not I can hang on 'til Christmas. Quite like the idea of wearing a woolly wolf suit while stuffing myself with pigs in blankets and mash. Actually, I'd like that more than anything in the world.

Where The Wild Things Are x Opening Ceremony is available to buy online and in store now. Alas, the range starts at $220, but if you work that out into years of sheer joy per wear, it basically costs a quid.

Uhm, don't worry about that.

I've returned from my travels to... all sorts. The best thing about going away during Fashion Week is not worrying about it. The worst thing is getting back and having an epileptic fit because you've opened 400 tabs and are spazzing out. I was also pretty gutted to check my work emails (barf, I know) hungover somewhere in Munich and find the masses of awesome invites I had to turn down... So thanks for all the love team LFW and I promise next season I'll remember not to book a holiday during the madness.

Anyway, so there's that. There's also the small matter of a promotion... which is exciting but probably means I'll have about twenty seconds a day to myself. But enough of the Livejournal entry, let's talk about SOMETHING FUN.

Obvs Luella was amazing. I'm not gonna waste your time or mine by doing some big old rave review that you'll have already read on fifty blogs but let me just take this moment to tell you that My Luella Friend (sorry Amee, you're more than that, you're also my I've-not-seen-you-in-ages pal xx) took the time to inform me auf ferien that the bows are gonna be on sale soon............... PSYCH is, I guess, the word.

Anyway, I'm about to escape London again for a few days but will resume (promise) normal service next week. I think.

I love a lucky charm necklace, but my favourite one - the one with the rabbit foot, wishbone, shamrock and more, that has successfully brought me genuine luck at everything that matters, ever - is, alas, silver. I'm weaning myself off silver as I did with trousers, but it's hard because a lot of my favourite bits from the days of yore are platinum or silver, or, let's be honest, silver-plated. Or just grey.

These personalised card suit necklaces are really fucking cute. I love anything that can have my name put on it (VANITY) and I love a lucky charm so win/win. I found these bits on Etsy a while back and I'm certain I found them through a blog... but I can't find anything in my history so apologies. Inform me if you know where it might have been...

From the skilled hands of Wildcatters @ Etsy. BUY ITTTT.

PS First person to tell me what song those title lyrics are from will win A PRIZE.
