Judge me if you must, but the new range of handbags that Anna Lou of London are launching is WELL NICE. They all have ~unique~ charms, so each bag is a one-off. They're gonna be moderately expensive, but whatevs! They look good. They're on sale at the end of the month but you can pay a deposit now -- how posh is that? I believe they're also gonna be on sale at Topshop, although don't quote me on that. As if anyone would.
Listen to the awesome song, Anna Lou Blues here!

Oh my God you guys, I'm having a dilemma of Nelly/Kelly proportions. In a nutshell; cool indie trainer brand Visvim designed moccasin-themed sneakers (top); not-so-cool, not-so-indie trainer brand Gravis copy said sneakers (bottom). A lot. AND MAKE THEM BETTER.
I'm just saying. I know that's like saying I prefer Topshop's version of everything Luella have ever done, but it's true. The Gravis rip-offs are nicer. Much nicer. If it helps, I wont be buying either of them.

Can you believe Vogue Russia is ten years old? Nah, me neither. It feels like only yesteday when it launched but evidently it was a whole decade ago. To celebrate, the uber-mag have, rather predictably, commissioned a bunch of fashion's biggegst names to design traditional Matrioshka (Russian dolls) in the style of their respective labels. They're all set to be auctioned for charity later this month, which helps matters, I guess.

The designer sketches were realised by mega-talented Russian craftsmen, who handpainted each of the dolls. "Every Matrioshka is unique and a piece of art in itself," says Aliona Doletskaya, Russian Vogue's editor-in-chief. Check out the whole range here.

I never really got on board with the whole leggings resurgence. If I'm gonna wear leggings, I want them to look like leggings, not just thick tights. In my (90s themed) mind, leggings are ugly, preferably with some neon or at least a garish print. Bearing all that in mind, it may become a little more evident why I'm considering retracting my leggings stance for these bad boys from Pegleg NYC. Why do they have a utensils print? Why don't they have a utensil print? Amazing. They also have flowers and birds, but they're a bit tasteful.

* Any post referencing legs or leggings requires a line from ZZ Top's smash hit, 'Legs'. That's just a fact. Unfortunately, I've already used most of the lines on this blog over the years. This particularly unfortunate bit is referring to the American use of fanny, meaning bottom. OF COURSE.
